  • STI can help with porting situations.

  • STI can place orders for DSL (Copper) service which is not displayed in WLP. Dealer may call STI if only phone is showing as available and not both phone and internet to verify serviceability.

  • NOTE: STI is to only be used by a Frontier Agent and not the customer. They can handle issues related to order entry and should never be contacted to reference a completed order where an order number is provided.

REAL-TIME POSITIVE ID VERIFICATION TEAM

​Real-Time POSID Team will provide assistance in resolving POSID alerts and issues directly with the customer at the point of sale

  • Call POSID with the customer on the line and provide the team our Frontier Partner ID: 700245

  • This process can take up to 15 minutes but please stay on the line with the customer.

  • POSID Team will work to clear the alert and if they can't, they will instruct on how to complete the process BAU

OFFLINE SUPPORT TEAM

  • Offline Support can help with orders that are submitted only. These orders will have an order number and account number.

  • Offline Support can adjust incorrect customer or order details, and make changes to installation dates.

  • NOTE: Offline can only reference completed orders that have an account or order number

COMMERCIAL SUPPORT FRONTIER WHITE GLOVE TEAM

  • Commercial White Glove Team is used to verify service- ability, provide offer details and place order on behalf of agent. (If not using Sales Buddy to place order)

  • This team will also collect customer order forms and required LOA's via email when porting voice services.

  • This group is for Frontier Agent USE ONLY.

  • Record customer information on order form and complete LOA (If Porting).
