Exciting news! Full Tech Install (FTI) is waived if the customer signs up for internet 300 or higher!
The customer will see the charge on their first bill and it will be adjusted within 3 bill cycles.
There is no need to submit an adjustment request to the back office or to Retail Services unless the customer has been active for more than 3 bill cycles.
